PREAMBLE:-
The State Government have announced various Incentive Schemes under New Industrial policy-2020.
These schemes came to an end on dated 06.08.2025. Formation of New Industrial Policy beyond date 06.08.2025 is under process and it may take some time in finalizing the same. The matter of extension of the above mentioned schemes was under consideration.
RESOLUTION:-
After careful consideration, Government is pleased to extend the time limit of various Incentive Schemes for further period from date:07.08.2025 to 31.12.2025 or the New Industrial Policy comes in force, whichever is earlier.
The terms and conditions of the respective scheme will remain same.
