Central Government Subsidy

35% of the eligible project cost subject to a maximum of Rs. 5.00 crore in General Areas.

Eligible Project Cost comprise cost of Plant & Machinery, civil work and other fixed assets required for manufacturing.

The unit has to filied expression of Interest (EOI) with ministry before sanction and Disbursement of term loan.

For Upgradation of Existing PMEGP units

Basic Condition of Scheme:

Maximum Project cost admissible shall be Rs. 50 lakhs for new enterorise having status as Individual.

The maximum cost of project admissible under manufacturing sector for upgradation is Rs. 1 Crore.

Maximum amount of subsidy is Rs. 15 Lakhs for upgradation of existing Manufacturing PMEGP units.
