Subsidy @65% of rent paid by the enterprise with the maximum limit of Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum for the period of five years.
The assistance of rent will be given with effect from the date of rent deed or three months prior to the date of production whichever is later
Subsidy @100% annual service fees paid to Bank/Financial Institution by entrepreneur for availing of collateral free term loan under CTMSE, for the period of five years.
The MSE has to apply within one year from the date of first disbursement of Term Loan, or on before the date of commencement of commercial production, whichever is later
Subsidy @35% of charges paid to distribution licenses for new connection or to getting additional load (For expansion case), maximum Limit up to Rs. 5 Lakhs.
MSME located other than GIDC /approved Industrial Park is eligible under the scheme.
The enterprise shall have to apply for reimbursement within one year from the Date of payment of charge to distribution license for service line
50% of the Fees paid for Certification and 50% of cost of Testing Equipment and Machinery required for that certification with maximum of Rs. 10.00 Lacs will be eligible.
Equipment’s purchased after issuance of certificate shall not be eligible.
Enterprise shall have to apply within 1 year of issuance of certificate.
The enterprise will not be eligible if any certification is required as a part of statutory provision.
25% of expenditure incurred on raising of fund through SME Exchange maximum up to Rs. 5 Lakhs one time after successful rising of equity.
Enterprise shall have to apply within one year from the listing date in SME Exchange.
75% cost of energy / water audit conducted in a unit by a recognized institution / consultant subject to a limit of Rs.50,000 for each will be reimbursed.
25% of cost of equipment recommended by auditing authority subject to maximum Rs.20 Lakhs one time assistance will be eligible during the operative period of the scheme.
The assistance on cost of equipment will be eligible subject to the condition that saving in energy/ water minimum by 10% of average monthly consumption of previous 12 months before audit
New as well existing enterprise will be eligible for assistance under the scheme.
Subsidy for acquisition of appropriate technology from recognized institution for product or process @65% of cost payable subject to maximum of Rs.50 Lakh including royalty payment for the first two years.
The enterprise shall have to obtain prior approval of MSME Commisionerate within one year after signing of MOU/agreement / contract with technology provider.
Assistance will not be eligible for purchase of any Plant and Machinery or equipment.
New as well existing enterprise will be eligible for assistance under the scheme.
Subsidy @75% of Cost incurred with maximum Rs. 0.50 Lacs to Rs. 5 Lacs will be eligible.
It includes Cost of Stall Rent+ Cost of Product Literature and Display Material Cost.
The unit has to apply within 6 months of the last date of exhibition or trade fair.
Subsidy @55% of the total cost of land, building and other infrastructure facilities will be given to private developers.
30% subsidy will be disbursed after sale of Individual Shed and remaining 25% assistance shall be disbursed on commencement of production by the MSEs.
The private developer will pass on this assistance to the allotee at the time of allotment.
The size of Mini Estate shall not be more than 2 Hectare
The size of Shed shall be 50 Sq. Mt. to 100 Mt.
Registration for setting up Mini Estate shall have to be obtained before initiating the implementation of project at site.
The Private Developers shall have to develop all the infrastructures as approved by SLEC within 2 years from the date of sanction.
The developer shall not sell more than one shed to one MSE.
@25% of Eligible fixed capital investment in building, other Construction and infrastructure facilities (expect land cost) maximum up to Rs.30 crores.
@50% of eligible fixed capital investment in building, other Construction and infrastructure facilities (except land cost) maximum upto Rs. 30 crores, if Industrial Park is set up in Vanbandhu Taluka.
Reimbursement @100% of stamp duty paid on purchase of land as required for approved project by SLEC and Individual unit shall be eligible for reimbursement @50% of stamp duty paid by them on purchase of plot in the industrial park.
Industrial Park is required to have minimum infrastructure facilities required for the park namely internal roads, water distribution network, drainage treatment, effluent treatment, power distribution network, communication network and other facilities.
The industrial park has to be developed in at least minimum area of 20 hectares for establishment of minimum 10 industrial units and minimum 2 units for each additional area of 5 hectares.
In Vanbandhu taluka minimum area required for Industrial park is 5 hectares for establishment of minimum 5 Industrial units and minimum 1 unit for each additional area of 1 hectare.
Registration for setting up Industrial Park shall have to be obtained before initiating the implementation of project at site.
Interest subsidy @5% per annum, with maximum ceiling of Rs.7.5 Cr per year for the period of five years.
Power bill tariff subsidy @ Rs.1 per unit in the billed amount will be available for a period of 5 years from the date of commencement of commercial production.
Payroll Assistance @50% of the wages limited to Rs.4000/- for female Domicile worker and Rs.3200 for male Domicile worker per month for a period of 5 years
Enterprise will have to apply for registration within 3 months from the date of Term Loan sanction.
The beneficiary enterprise must satisfy the eligibility under the scheme (i. e. minimum 75 machines and minimum 150 workers).
The scheme is in operational till 10.10.2022.
Capital Subsidy @10% of Gross Fixed Capital Investment with maximum limit from Rs. 1 Cr to Rs. 100 Crs shall be eligible based on Investment in Gross Fixed Capital Investment.
Interest subsidy @7% per annum, with maximum ceiling of Rs.1 Cr. to 10 Crs. per annum for the period of five years based on borrowing.
Reimbursement of 100% of Stamp Duty and Registration Fee paid to the Government of Gujarat for lease/sale/transfer of land for first transaction only.
Power Bill tariff subsidy @ Rs.1 per unit in the billed amount will be available for a period of 5 years from the date of commencement of commercial production.
Reimbursement of Net SGST (net of input credits) paid by unit @90% of Net SGST paid for a period of 10 years. The reimbursement will be limited to a ceiling of 90% of the GFCI made by the unit.
Reimbursement of the EPF contribution made by unit for their employees for a period of five years subject to overall ceiling of Rs. 1 crore per annum.
a) 100% of EPF amount paid in case of female employees
b) 75% of EPF amount paid in case of male employees
The scheme is in operational till 31.03.2022.
Any unit intend to avail assistance under this scheme need to file application for expression of Interest before commencement of project.
Capital Subsidy @25% of the cost of Plant & machinery and civil works with maximum limit Rs. 50 Lacs to Rs. 500 Lacs based on project and activity.
Back Ended Interest Subsidy on the Term Loan for Agro and Food Processing Units @ 7.5% on the Term Loan with maximum amount of Rs. 150.0 Lakhs to Rs. 400 Lacs for a period of 5 years.
Power tariff subsidy at the rate of Re. 1 per unit in the billed amount for a period of five years.
50% reimbursement of Stamp Duty/Registration Fee/Conversion Fee paid on sale/lease/transfer of land and 100% reimbursement of Stamp Duty/Registration Fee/Conversion Fee paid for setting up for infrastructure projects in agro and food processing sector
Enterprise shall have to apply to State Nodal Agency within one year from the date of first disbursement of term loan and one month before start of commencement of commercial production or rendering services.
The scheme is in operational till 06.05.2021 and it’s under revalidation.

@ 25% of eligible fixed capital investment (EFCI) subject to maximum of Rs. 15 Crores for Logistics Facilities/ parks and development of new jetties.
@ 7% on Term Loan with the maximum amount of Rs. 50 Lakhs p.a. for period of 7 years. Minimum 2% to be bear as levied on term loan by Bank/Financial Institutions.
@ 100% reimbursement of Stamp Duty paid to Government of Gujarat to eligible new unit/project. Reimbursement of Stamp Duty will be made only after purchasing total required land and completing at least 40% of construction.
@ 100% Exemption of Electricity Duty for a period of 5 years to eligible new unit/project.
Developer has to maintain and operate the logistic facilities for atleast minimum period of 5 years.
